Renowned as one of Sarasota’s top producing teams of real estate professionals, Audrey and Jill Singer, have long been familiar faces on Bird Key, where the mother-daughter team are longtime residents and focus the majority of their real estate expertise.

Born in New York City, Audrey graduated from Vassar College and marketed stocks and mutual funds before moving with her husband Bob, the CEO of a manufacturing firm, to Florida. She has been listing and selling properties on Bird Key since 1972, where she has literally watched it grow from a treeless, sandy island into a lush bayside enclave of fine homes. She was the first Realtor® in Sarasota to focus her professional expertise solely on the key.

Jill was born in Toronto, came to Bird Key early in life and was steeped in the real estate business by both parents who had since shifted their careers into the marketing and sales of Bird Key properties. She attended the acclaimed Fashion Institute of Technology, in New York City, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing before successfully working her way through the ranks of R.H. Macy & Company to senior executive status.

The Singers have sold more homes on Bird Key than any other Realtors—some properties many times over—and in doing so have consistently garnered the top awards in their field. Not a few of their sales are repeat business from customers whose satisfaction with their expert marketing skills brings them back again and again.
